Kin Theory Office Hours with Ranell Shubert
The International Documentary Association (IDA) supports the vital work of documentary storytellers and champions a thriving and inclusive documentary culture through the use of production and development grants, fiscal sponsorship, and year-long programs, as well as though their annual Getting Real conference.
During this session, hear from IDA’s Nonfiction Access Initiative Funds Program Manager Ranell Shubert about how the org is working to connect with and support filmmakers who hold disabilities. If you are a filmmaker who lives with disability, you are invited to share your thoughts around the current state (and future) of the industry here before July 17.
This conversation is FREE, VIRTUAL, and OPEN to Kin Theory members and friends up to do the work of opening up and strengthening the film and TV industry. The meet-ups happen on the third Thursday of each month at 10am PT / 1pm ET. Reserve your spot to get the Zoom link for the hangout!
We can’t wait to see you!
